REFUND POLICY
At The Plant House, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Refund requests can be made by contacting us at halsayhg@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. Items marked as final sale, as well as opened or used products, are not eligible for refunds.
