RETURN POLICY


At The Plant House, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
To begin the return process, simply email us at halsayhg@gmail.com with your order number, photos if necessary, and the reason for return.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned package, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
We do not accept returns on opened, used, or personalized products, and all items marked “final sale” are non-refundable.
If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will be happy to replace your item if the requested product is still in stock.
Please ensure you keep your proof of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
